Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other international destinations where available at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom or the United States, additional import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on the order value and local regulations. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Padel Endurance does not control or collect these fees and cannot predict their amount. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
If a customer refuses to pay the required customs fees and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Padel Endurance is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us so we can assist if possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
